Preliminary Plat Application 01-26 For the subdivision of an 18 acre parcel in the Shoreland Residential (SR) zoning district. The subject property is located at TBD Co Rd 136; PIN 22240615. Applicant: Stonemark Land Surveying Inc. Owner: Island Rental LLC.
